“There are two things I am passionate about in this life: teaching and fitness.”

The first time I tried working out was in 2010 with my Dad. It was something we could do together and still do to this day. For the past decade, I have dedicated my time to learning as much as I can to build a comprehensive approach to training and it is time to share my knowledge and experiences with others.

Alex helped my husband and I get out of our comfort zones during the COVID-19 pandemic. Not being physically present inside a gym, Alex’s zoom meetings strength and conditioning program was exactly what we needed to keep moving and improve our health. The program Alex designed for us catered to our needs, considered our limitations, and helped us get closer to achieving our goals. Alex is an outstanding personal trainer! To stay healthy and in good shape, Alex and I worked together on my training goals in our first meeting. He recommended a mid-term plan, which he further reshaped as soon as we reached the defined objectives. Even with COVID, he adapted our sessions and transformed this difficult moment into an excellent opportunity for personal health and growth. I have never felt so energized and motivated to do “CrossFit” exercises before. With Zoom sessions, Alex also took advantage of several things that I already had at home to make me stronger. When we had the chance to experience in-person training sessions, I already had the knowledge on how to use some equipment because my wife and I  acquired some pieces for our home gym (given his guidance) that I still use today. In summary, 310 S&C definitely changed my life and mindset!

I decided to try out 310 Strength & Conditioning after going to the gym for several months and not seeing the results I wanted. I figured I needed help from someone who knows what they are doing, so I gave it a shot. Training with 310 S&C was a wake up call! Not only does Alex know what he is talking about, he makes it fun and EXTREMELY challenging. He takes the extra step to listen and modify workouts and is there to hold you accountable. After trying  to workout on my own, following Men’s Health workouts, and even getting personal training from other gyms, 310 S&C definitely takes the cake for their dedication to your goals. Definitely recommend 10/10 if you want to learn how to take charge of your fitness program.

I just completed my 6-week Foundational Training course with Alex and was very happy with his program. With Alex's background in crossfit, we were able to go over some key movements and lifts that are perfect for those just beginning or have a moderate level of experience in the gym. Having very limited crossfit experience myself, he was really great and super thorough when explaining each movement and how they should feel in the body. The best part? He did this all over Zoom and I was able to complete the program with 3 other friends all on the same call. The program is structured to cover stretching/mobility, strength, and then conditioning. Each session was 50-60minutes and there was about 20-30 minutes of stretching and instruction and then a 20-30 min workout. We also each met with Alex individually so that he could understand our fitness levels and fitness goals. I don't have any fancy equipment at home, but I do have 2 dumbbells and that was enough to complete the 6-week program. I highly recommend Alex if you're looking for some personal and/or virtual instruction, especially if you're just starting out with strength training!
