What Do We Offer?

  • 310 Strength & Conditioning offers 3 templates for training programs:
    • Weight loss
    • Muscle Gain
    • Fit & Healthy
  • Each program calls for 3 training sessions per week and, depending on the program that is best for you, will include:
    • Strength training
    • Cardio/Endurance training
    • Conditioning
  • In addition, each session will be in person, and you will receive the following:
    • 1:1 coaching for training sessions AND nutrition
    • Progress tracking, measurement, and re-evaluation
    • Access to high end training equipment, some of which you won’t find at most “Globo” gyms in the area.

Custom Training Program
  • What is a Custom Training Program?
    • Custom Training Programs can take any shape we need them to. From scheduling 3 sessions per week, to 3 sessions per month, and never having to meet in person at all.
    • here are some examples:
      • Virtual training program
        • 45-minute sessions focusing on Strength & Conditioning principles form the comfort of your own home!
      • Hybrid program: In-person & Virtual training sessions
        • With a hybrid training program, we establish when and how many days we can train together, and make up the rest by meeting for online training sessions.
      • DIY program- Never have to meet in-person or online!
        • Get weekly programming through our trusted online training partner, True Coach.
        • Along with your workouts, we will meet once a week for a “check-up.” Get all of your questions answered for upcoming workouts and get feedback on previous sessions.
